Triad Factory Service restores your product to factory standards with genuine parts. We make it easy for you to get your speakers repaired—from getting a cost estimate and shipping your product to us until it’s safely back in your hands.

If your product is covered under warranty, please contact your Triad Dealer where you purchased your product.

If your product is considered outside of warranty, an estimate will be emailed to you stating the cost of the repair or replacement. If you accept, you can pay for the repair or replacement by check, money order or credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard) by email or phone.
